The House Company had a very slow and clunky website so they asked for our help. Although the website was usable, it was frustratingly slow to use and the navigation and site map needed a lot of work.
We spent time in the strategy phase, defining what we could improve and how we could give their customers a better experience. Once we had a clear vision, we were able to re-organise the pages as well as create more meaningful content.
The process pages enabled their customers to find key information quickly and easily. We also added in a new section that showcases different projects and the scope of their expertise. We worked out the ‘problems’ that their customers faced when building a house, then reverse engineered the content so we could actively solve the problem positively, all whilst creating engaging and topical content.
We also added a more functional portfolio page, which allowed the client showcase their work. Each project has a short summary along with the technical specifications, ultimately educating potential clients about design features and materials, and providing inspiration and ideas to potential clients. All of this coupled with stunning imagery really gives a broad overview of the variety, expertise and overall results that The House company can achieve.
