We started working with Mediray after they attended one of our digital marketing workshops back in 2016, and we’ve enjoyed working with them ever since.
Mediray is a large laboratory equipment supplier, and needed a powerful e-commerce platform to sell their products. They have a huge database and a lot of technical needs so working closely together was crucial.
This was a hugely technical website. To build a successful e-commerce website, or any website for that matter, you need a strong strategy and scoping phase. This is where we stand out from the crowd and pride ourselves on doing extensive ground work before we start designing or building any site.
The client is now able to track orders and dispatch products easily, and all within a high performing back end. Umbraco is a world wide platform that can be tailored to the clients exact needs so it was an obvious choice when we built this website back in 2016. Given this website is seven years old, it has certainly stood the test of time.
Over the years we have reviewed the website from time to time, always ensuring that it’s performing well. More recently, we undertook a mini project to smarten up their products pages, whilst adding in more technical pages for their diabetes products.
There’s a whisper that they want to embark on a fresh new website in the near future and we look forward to helping them achieve their latest goals.
